Ps..This isn’t a big deal, if I double click on the chart to max and then restore down the header comes back and all is well.

Hello Jerry, I have several chart windows that I keep minimized and restore only when needed. When I exit MT and reload the layout, the header for the windows that were minimized when I saved the layout disappear when I click on them to restore them. When I say headers I mean the upper bar of the chart that has the name of stock, symbol link options,etc. I’ve noticed it for awhile but it hasn’t been much of an issue. Any ideas? thanks

They never did call me back. Id login to your account and you should see the transition date timeline gone. If not, I’d definitely call back. I got the impression from talking to the transition team member that setting up the delay is kind of routine.

Login for me also confirms the scheduled migration timeline for 11/3 is gone. No news about when it will happen nor any contact/emails. Would imagine that will happen later.

I ended up calling the Schwab transition number (listed above) and they were in the know about all of this. They put in for an extension and will call me back in a couple of days to advise if it is approved. I’ll post the outcome.

Hi Jerry, do you have a contact person at TD/Schwab who is in the know about this? I tried calling to get it postponed and no one knew what I was talking about.

Please keep us up to date on this as I the exact same boat as you, I’ve been hoping for an email from them telling me I am getting moved to March but nothing yet.

Thanks Jerry. I use it for streaming only, hopefully they’ll pick up on that but it sounds like a phone call can fix the issue.

Good morning Jerry, what do you think the odds are that you will get the API from them and no data feed interruptions by 11/5? Asking as I know you are contact with them and wondering if I need to find an alternate data feed just in case. Thanks for all you do, I recommend MT to anyone who asks.

It's much better Jerry. A few still get through but they can be removed manually in seconds. Before it was sometimes upwards of a hundred of prints that had to removed. Today just 5 or so. Thank you!!!!

Thanks much Jerry. I just did that and I'll let you know how it goes. Checking the turn off odd lots box didn't help much with the standard version.

I noticed that another poster had posted the same problem and the solution was to turn off odd lots during intraday. Apologies, I guess I should have searched first. I'll try that and see how it goes.

I have TD/TOS as my data feed. There are always a bunch of spikes and weird stuff happening after hours (always around 8am) that I have to remove manually, sometimes it takes quite a bit of time to do this. These spikes don’t show up on TOS. I have tried to filter them out by adjusting the settings to no avail. Has anyone done this successfully who is willing to share the settings that work to filter out these spikes? Thanks.

Thanks, that worked. I had unchecked it but I hadn't restarted. After a restart, it went away.

Jerry, I've got this issue. I had to reinstall MT and I have been getting the "interactive brokers defaulted..." message every hour or so since reinstallation. I don't use IB, I use TOS. ?? Thanks..

I have multiple monitors. What I do is exit MT before disconnecting and then restart MT when I hook the monitors back up. As long as I don't mess with the orientation or anything, it loads them back to where I want them. If that isn't working for you, I would bet the culprit is in the different scaling.

Good morning Jerry, TD stream isn't updating with new quotes this AM. It's showing no quotes after 2000 friday. Tried updating and that didn't fix. Thanks.
