To clarify, I know how to bring up a level II chart, I just don't see how to display the depth graph shown above.

Can somebody help me add a depth chart? I'm trading on GDAX, but can't figure out how to create one, and I didn't get any results when searching for "depth chart" in the help section.

How do I change scale of the graph? In this example my upper trend line needs to go higher, but there are also times when my Bollinger Bands are out of the charts viewable range. I would like more empty space on both my Time and Price axis. e.g. time to 12:00 and price to 16,000.
