Jerry Medved Posted September 30, 2016 Report Share Posted September 30, 2016 I just put the symbols into a portfolio here and they got data. I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: Click the STOP button on top of the portfolio Change the logging level to 200 on the status bar of the dashboard (lower right)Click the START button on the portfolio If no quotes for those symbols, then go to FILE / Export/Backup menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) Select “To share with others” export file protection option on top rightLeave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE.
