mnewton
from dash board select alert log, shows up but behind all charts., then dashboard closes
Jerry Medved
that works as intended. Charts by default are set to show on top of other windows. Dashboard by default minimizes after an action is taken (auto minimize button on top right).
mnewton
very hard to find alert log when the screen is full of charts
Jerry Medved
you can change it so charts are not on top, but then finding charts behind other windows becomes more difficult. If you do that, you would want to make sure that you have the charts set to show separate icons on the windows taskbar (SETTINGS / APPLICATION / GENERAL) , or have the dashboard always open, showing the list of windows. mnewton
Is it possible to make it work like the alert edit window itself as it is a small window , or add it as a tab to the alerts window would be very helpful.
Jerry Medved
no, Alert edit is a different thing entirely. If we make all windows disregard that setting, then it defeats the purpose of having that On Top setting.
