If you are seeing 2 weeks, you already have more than what MBT returns. Yahoo is about 2 weeks. Interactive Brokers - 10 market days. IQFeed can do 120 (subscription) So the only one that can go significantly longer now is IQFeed. May have other options coming in the future. They said MedVed trader should have access to the same data. They are going to get in touch with you today to check on how much backfill is allowed. Go to SETTINGS / CHARTS / GENERAL - check if you have max # of days on chart set to 4. on SETTINGS / DATA SOURCES / CONFIGURE ACCOUNTS, select "Ally Invest for MBT" - do you have intraday backfill Number of days set to 4? and are you sure you are using MBT for backfill? Definitely got 10 days: If you are not getting that, then please: 1) clear the chart 2) Backfill 3) send me the log immediately after the backfill completes.
