jbfly03 Posted February 27, 2018 Report Share Posted February 27, 2018 I keep getting this error suddenly. I've tried to restore original settings and log back in but have been unsuccessful so far. Any ideas? I'm a monthly subscriber for medved and have a trading account with Ally. Everything has been working great, and then all of a sudden today, I get nothing. Jerry Medved Posted February 27, 2018 Report Share Posted February 27, 2018 Please get the beta version of MT: https://medvedtrader.com/beta just install right over the existing one - Just shut down MT first. do not need to uninstall anything let me know if it works OK after that. Are you able to get to https://medvedtrader.com/ with your browser on the same computer? I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio)And add the Post URL in the comment. Do not check any check-boxes.
