Error: Order ID has not been specified

thought  I replied to you via email.  I looked at the log and cannot figure out where the order came from. Is this supposed to be a live order that you are modifying or was this a new order?

How do you recreate this? How was this order placed if it is an existing order? - on the chart or via trade ticket or in TWS?

I will try with stop limit orders here meanwhile

Tommy, I tried every which way and have not been able to create the issue. I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following:
 

1) open a chart and place the stop limit order. 
2) after getting the error,  go to FILE / Export/Backup menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio)
3) Select “for ….. xyz .. account only” export file protection option on top right
4) Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE.

5) Export, then email me the exported file please.
