Rudzel Posted June 11, 2018 Report Share Posted June 11, 2018 Hi Everybody, I am new to Medved and I am having trouble navigating the site, my first problem is I keep getting a flashing pop up box in the right hand corner of my screen and it says TD Ameritrade faulted, market data will not update, can someone help me? Jerry Medved Posted June 11, 2018 Report Share Posted June 11, 2018 Hi Rudzel, could you send me the log file so I can check what is going on?In MT, on either the portfolio window, or on the main dashboard window, go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu And add the Post URL in the comment.
