I need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio)And add the Post URL in the comment. Do not check any check-boxes. Started recently, but the odd thing is it started with a version of program that has been running fine for a while. We are trying to track it down. It is not some obvious error in the code. Jerry Medved Posted June 29, 2018 Report Share Posted June 29, 2018 Hi Jim, We had a handful of different people with shutdown issue. but seems that it was two different issues just resulting in the same thing. one of them was fixed (or at least made so it does not crash) in the new version. Yours is still outstanding. It is not specific to the new version, though we are adding logging to try to catch it. Please send me the log again.
