andy40au Posted July 2, 2018 Report Share Posted July 2, 2018 (edited) Hi, Since updating medved trader, it will log in to my usual data source (Belldirect) but hasnt updated any prices or Volume information since doing this a few days ago. I tried the usual fixes of setting the log level to 100, restarting completely a couple of times - all to no avail, please assist? Jerry Medved Posted July 2, 2018 Report Share Posted July 2, 2018 Please set MT logging level to 200 on bottom right of the dashboard window. Then, refresh the portfolio a few times. Wait a minute. Then send me the log again: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add this post's URL in the comment. Do not check any check-boxes. OK just updated, still nothing from bell direct however Yahoo Finance does populate those fields. The refresh button doesnt seem to change when im logged into bell direct either so Im wondering if medved trader is blocked or something else is wrong with that particular supply source?
