Ievel I (regular quotes as shown on the portfolio) do. and in the case of Binance, they do not return current bid/ask in the level I quotes. It would be impractical to get Level II quotes on all symbols in the portfolio just to get the bid/ask. So indicators such as pressure that require the bid/ask will not work with Binance.
