geosing Posted October 3, 2014 Report Share Posted October 3, 2014 I think CMEGroup changed the roll-over time to 5:00 CST which starts a new contract date. Even though Open Outcry closes at 3:15, Globex close is at 4:15CST. So for data gathering purposes, Globex RTH is from 8:30CST to 4:15CST including the 15 minute time out after 3:15. And either way, it should still work - There is a break between 4:15 to 5 PM Central, so the MT rollover can be anywhere in that period. We set it in the center of that period so there wouldn't be any issues as far as small time differences between client computer and servers.
