Yes. RBC did an upgrade over the weekend and MT probably needs to apply a fix for it.

I think they added a message screen as soon as you log in so real time Royal Bank sign in does not work this morning. Is it just me?

same here...even did a backup to a few days ago, same thing. not even delayed quotes.
