  1. Sent separately. The file/help thing doesn't allow the picture to be attached.
  2. Webull has the feature to turn Auto-Exercise at Expiration on or off. Can the ability to toggle that feature be added to MT? Thanks!
  3. Can Options BP be added to the Webull account balances window? It's there for my TD Ameritrade accounts but not for Webull. To see my Webull Options BP, presently I have to go into the account balances screen on the Webull app in order to know what the current value is. Thanks!
  4. When viewing an option chain we have the choice of seeing all, a specific strike or a specific expiration date. I'd like to have a way to specify a range of strikes to display. For example, a ticker price is currently $40 and I want to view a range of call options for all expiration dates from $50 to $55. I know I can set a maximum number of strikes to display, but that starts at the current ticker price and in my example the $40-$49 would be displayed, adding to the screen clutter.
  5. Yes I realize both are the same function. I was just curious if the abbreviation change from GTD to GTC was a TDA or an MT thing?
  6. When placing an order with TDA there used to be a choice of Day or GTD (Good To Date.) Now the choices are Day and GTC (Good Till Cancelled.) Is that a change TDA made or is the change exclusive to MT?
  7. Nope it's set to Last, and always has been.
  8. I just sent a larger screen capture to support email with a reference link to this thread.
  9. The bottom total isn't coming up correctly in the daily change (Chg$) column In the attached image the white numbers are subtotals for those 2 sections (135 and 168) yet the grand total at the bottom is only 182 when it should be 303.
  10. How do I disable this new and very annoying feature? Most of what I do is trade options and to have the expiration dates all collapsed every time I open an Options window (dozens of times a day) is annoying. At the very least this should have been a checkbox option so only those that want it could turn it on.
  11. Okay, thanks, it's great that I now have something else to try and remember to keep track of. I figured "All" meant "All." Silly me!
  12. When I open the options window for SQQQ it lists 10 expiration dates even through there are 12 and I have it set to show all. I can only access the last 2 by manually selecting them from the "Expire" dropdown list. Is there a setting to correct this that I'm overlooking?

    GTC/GTD

Why is it when I place a Good Till Cancel order with TD Ameritrade the TIF column in the account view window says GTD instead of GTC? For my Webull account it does say GTC.
  14. I admit I'm no programmer so I might not have a grasp on the level of complexity when it comes to adding features or altering an otherwise working program. But at the same time I'm not one to embrace the word "impossible", "difficult" maybe but not "impossible." That being said, is it possible to place markers (like what's done with --- for subtotals) and then positions get automatically placed between the 2 markers, leaving the rest of the portfolio untouched?
  15. No don't bother, it's not what I am looking for. I watch more than just my current positions, I also watch other symbols that I might or might not jump into. The whole idea is to combine everything in one open window not have another window open to take up even more screen space. I'll just keep manually adding and deleting my positions in my main window.
  16. Inline charts, bid/ask share amounts, pressure indicator, nor does it have all the colors (green, red, etc.) to quickly help indicate price, bid/ask up/down actions and volumes. Plus it means having yet another window open, and a large one at that in order to see all the necessary columns. If the information could simply transfer over to my open portfolio window life would be better.
  17. I'm aware of the account window but the information in there is somewhat basic compared to what is tracked in a portfolio window.
  18. I know this was a feature back with QT where it would retrieve current positions from my broker and auto-fill them into a specified portfolio, along with trade prices and quantities. Is it possible for you to add this ability into MT as well? Seems like it might be a popular feature for those of us that are in and out of positions frequently.
  19. Yes that's along the lines of what I was thinking, but it seems tedious to do manually each time every day. If the ability was built into MT the guesswork and potential for wrong file transfer errors would be eliminated. Of course if it's too hard or beyond your abilities to integrate I can understand your reasons for shying away from the challenge.
  20. A live update wouldn't be necessary. I was thinking more like (if the option to do so was set) the files would backup when closing MT and the files would be read when starting MT, or simply a manually activated "Synch Now" menu entry.
  21. I run MT on my desktop but am thinking about installing it on my laptop as well to have with me when I'm mobile. One of the things stopping me is trying to keep both installations the same as options, colors, and positions are changed. I'd like to see a feature where the two installations could be synched by having the appropriate files shared through a service such as MS OneDrive or Google Drive. Assuming of course both installations could be used at the same time under the same MT license.
  22. Good, because I was starting to think one of us was crazy!
  23. The alerts had been triggered and then disable prior to me sending you the file. I thought that was clear because in my previous posts I mentioned that the alert triggered after breaking down through the price mark, just not at it.
  24. That That was after I started this thread and after the price dropped below $7.50 which I already said it did in my second post above. The issue is that it did not trigger AT $7.50 but it did trigger at 1:34:16 when the price dropped below $7.50
