Yeah I think that would work great! Out of curiosity how come when setting alerts in the alert window (Price crossing xx amount as an example) there isn’t some kind of indication on the chart? thanks for your time

You can type in a specific price on TOS whether it be an alert line or horizontal line and the price I type will be the anchor point. Dragging the alert line in Medved is not that accurate (pegging a specific price to the penny)... Ideally It would be awesome to right click on a horizontal line and type in the anchor price (this kind of functionality is available in most other platforms). Using the alert editor/creator in Medved you can set an alert at a specific price but there is no indication on the chart that there is an alert set... So you must compare the alert list with a chart/name. I can illustrate it later this evening if that would be helpful.

For future update can there be options to edit the specific price of a horizontal trend line? As an example if I want to set a horizontal trendline at $30.65 I have to try to drag and drop it which takes way too long and never seems to me spot on... I use horizontal trendlines to create specific alerts and there is no efficient way to do these kinds of alerts in Medved. Also, using the alert tool for a specific price does not show the alert within the chart so it's not very useful. For an example look at Think or Swims alerts/anchoring ability.. I hope this is possible and can be included in a future update. Kindly, Sean

Would like to see the Alert Line have an entry for specific price rather than trying/dragging the line to the the trigger price. It's impossible to set the line to the penny ($0.01) of the trigger price. The Alert line is viewed as a Trend line and an alert triggers when price crossed the "Trend Line"... It would be very useful/helpful to have the alert Trigger on Cross of the Alert line Price and to be able to specify the exact price to the .01 and to have a visual on the chart. I can set an alert on the Alert window by price but there is no visual on the chart that the Alert exists. I update price alerts for 10-20 symbols throughout the day and some symbols have multiple alerts, it's quite cumbersome to edit all the price alerts via the alert window rather than on the chart.
