Does IB let you modify on the DOM?

Appreciate your help as I'm learning the software: 1. After I transmit a bracket order on the DOM can I then adjust it by sliding the capsules up and down without having to cancel it first? 2. What is the best way to enter a bracket order after I have entered the trade on the DOM? Thanks!

If you execute a trade on the DOM does the order (like a bracket) show up simultaneoulsy in the chart trader and can you then manage the bracket order from the chart?
