So I have no idea how it resolved by itself. But I also tried with Etrade, and it was also not working. I didn't do anything with my computer in the last days. No downloads, no uploads, no new installations of programs, nothing. And yesterday it was working perfectly. Today before updating MT too. It was only after updating MT. If you want, you can take a look at my log file. Maybe you find there the explanation for this?

Yes, I am using Windows 10, but, for some reason 2 minutes after I post it here, it was working. I think that maybe you received my log file and resolved the situation?

Hi. I've updated today the new version of MT, and now I can't have data from TDA. I have a pop up asking for my TDA login data, I write there the data, and nothing happens. Please help. I just sent my log file to MT. Thanks

Hi, I have this problem since the beginning with MT. Curiously on QT I never had it. However before it was not so obvious, so i could live with it. Lately, since about two - three weeks, it's worst than before, and, I really can't say what is correct, the streamer or the Level II. On the screenshot below, you can see that on the Streamer, the Bid Size on PASO is 87.000, and, the Ask Size 53.400. Then you look at Level II, and the Bid Size is 443.200 + 87.000 = 530.200. The Ask Size is not 53.400, but, 495.225. I am using TDA feed for the Streamer and for Level II, so I don't understand what is happening. I repeat what I said above. I used Quote Tracker 10 years or more, and never had this problem. Any explanation for this? TIA

Hello, Now that I am updating my Windows daily, I am getting errors on MT. I just got this error when I opened my MT a few minutes ago: Medved Trader encountered an Error The Windows Layout loading had a problem. The number of windows created does not match the layout Please contact Medved Trader technical support and provide the error details AppVer: 1.1.9000.2 Err.Flags: Log, ShowToUser Expected 9 windows in the layout. Opened 7 Windows Apparently MT is working, but, I will only be 100% sure when the market opens.

I've updated my Windows, and IE to the latest versions, and it worked. I can already open the TDA https URL, but, I can't login, anyway the MT works again, so I am very happy. True, Windows 7 is obsolete itself, but when something works well, I don't change anything Just wanted to say thank you for your help.

Ok, so as my IE can't open https websites, I can't use MT anymore. Very sad. I used QT since the beginning and also MT since the beginning. Now I need to find something else. I am not a techy guy, but, I don't understand why a software should be based in a browser that is obsolete and a large percentage of the people do not use anymore. Probably there is a good reason for that. Anyway, thank you very much for your time. Cheers

That doesn't justify why Etrade is also failing. So Etrade also changed the API today?

But why is failing only now if I don't use IE for years, and MT always worked perfectly before? I don't understand why only today? I tried but I can't open any any https URLs with IE, only http. I don't know what to do.

Hello, I am having the same problem of the other member. This is the first time MT ask me for a Security Question, and as I respond correctly and click Continue, nothing happens. When I login directly into my TDA account, all works perfectly. You can see on the image I send that the TDA logo image doesn't work properly. I don't know why. I am running Windows 7, latest version of Firefox, latest version of MT(did what you suggested to the other member without success), and my Etrade login also faulted. Please advise what should I try. I didn't change anything on my PC since months. Never had a problem with MT until today when I started MT. TIA for any help.
