goswin Posted March 9, 2018 Report Share Posted March 9, 2018 (edited) Hello, I have an ADR Depth chart that will not close for a particular ticker. It does not respond to mouse clicks at all. The other parts of Medved Trader appear to continue to work correctly except the Dashboard can be slow to respond. Any ideas on how I can close this window without having to uninstall and reinstall everything? I should say I am using Windows 10 on a computer with 16 Gb RAM - dual screens. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio)And add the Post URL in the comment. Do not check any check-boxes. goswin Posted March 9, 2018 Author Report Share Posted March 9, 2018 I have hopefully sent the Log/Settings file correctly (twice) I assume the URL you ask for is this topic.
