Fibonnaci Lock Option

Would it be possible to put a "lock" option on a drawn fib and I guess for that matter any drawn lines? I've noticed that sometimes when I am trying to draw on top of a fib or another line it gets moved and this would make things a lot easier. Thanks!

If you press Alt key, it prevents the mouse click from selecting an existing drawing, and always draws a new one. Note: Alt also makes it add an arrow to the drawn line, so release it after you started drawing if you don't want the arrow.
