stock777 Posted October 10, 2018 Report Share Posted October 10, 2018 Last two days don't think Im getting any news from Ameritrade I know they changed something on their end , as they cancelled the APEX account status for everyone, but not sure why news would be affected. Jerry Medved Posted October 10, 2018 Report Share Posted October 10, 2018 for many accounts the free news was via their APEX status so if not apex, the account may not be enabled for streaming news. Or maybe just not enabled by default. You can login on the TD Ameritrade website, then go to your profile, subscriptions. there should be an option there for Streaming News.
