Arg Posted October 26, 2020 Report Share Posted October 26, 2020 Hi, I have TWS open with my paper trading account logged in. I am connected to TDA datafeed (I have an account). I can see my paper trading balance in Account View. The IB paper trading account set up seems correct. The only unusual thing is that there is an exclamation mark after the account name in the Trading tab of the chart. When I try to trade a message appears on the chart "IB server response: contract is not available for trading". What do I need to to do to get the IB paper trading to work? But I just noticed that I can see the orders listed in the TWS order window - although they aren't being executed. I guess there is some setting in IB that I need to change?
