Kasper Posted October 15, 2021 Report Share Posted October 15, 2021 Hi, It appears that Webull data is not updating last price and time and sale during outside regular trading hours. I can see bid ask in portfolio and chart but candles don't form. Quote box on chart shows last price from previous close, and bid/ask. I can backfill manually and candles form but last price remains same and candle stall again. Things get normal after market opens. Webull app shows data as normal and candles forming. Kasper Posted October 15, 2021 Author Report Share Posted October 15, 2021 I watched the feed for some time after market today, it was working up until 6pm. Then last price stalled, bid/ask quotes were correct and raw data showed ticks with correct volume and time stamp but last price was frozen. In comparison both Webull and Questrade were showing correct trade data and chart candles on their own platforms. MT charting flat line for candles after 6pm. Kasper Posted January 19, 2022 Author Report Share Posted January 19, 2022 This problem persists, level 2 feed (Webull) stalls randomly. This problem started few months ago when I subscribed to Webull NBBO, which may be coincidence. Anyway, I now have DXfeed for NBBO but still using Totalview from Webull. Kasper Posted January 20, 2022 Author Report Share Posted January 20, 2022 Hi Mike, Stop/start data source in Level 2 doesn't fix issue. It's intermittent problem and I don't use level 2 frequently. I was more concerned about raw data window stalling as I was not sure if charts are accurate anymore. Kasper Posted January 21, 2022 Author Report Share Posted January 21, 2022 Level 2 stalled this morning on primary computer but worked ok on secondary computer. Stop/start feed didn't fix the issue, but restarting app triggered data again. Another thing I remember is that my primary computer is a new machine I purchased a month ago and imported all settings/data from an older machine. Could this be a reason?
