Option Chains

Regarding the Option Chain window STRIKE dropdown box. In addition to the dropdown box, can there be a fill-in widow? The dropdown box always starts at 0.5 and sometimes I want to go up into the hundreds. Waiting for it to scroll through the list each time is rather annoying. Alternately, if you could add a scroll bar to the list, at least I could grab that and drag it down the list a lot faster.

One would hope, but no. Load up AVGO or NVDA then try and select some of the higher up strikes and you'll see what I mean. What's also frustrating is that if I already have a strike selected, such as 160, then want to view the 165 strike, the list doesn't open up to 160, it's at the beginning again, requiring the need to scroll through the whole list once more to reach 165.

I do have a pretty high end mouse but still - can get from one end to the other within less than 2 seconds

I do not have as much flexibility for tweaking the controls in the toolbar

I thought of that, so I suggested a scrollbar as another possible solution. 👍
