Just me Posted September 11 Report Share Posted September 11 I am trying to login to Fidelity & it keeps saying "Account Validation Login Failed" even when I select "Always show Login browser window" where I can see it logs in correctly in the pop up window that shows the login to the browser. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) And add this Post’s URL in the comment.
