Conditional orders w etrade

Hello again. Got an error trying to send a conditional order, but my broker supports it and it also shows up in the drop-down menu. See attached

Update: I see where it would show up if it was available, and it's not there. So I guess I am asking if you can add the functionality since I believe it's only recently added to E-Trade?

Hotkey Editor is not broker specific. Trade Ticket is.  E*Trade does not support conditional orders via their API so we cannot implement it.
