  1. I've had the same problem for awhile too, except different indexes =

    $COMPX.X, $RUT.X, $NDX.S, $IXCO.X, $SP600.X

Doesn't show real time data in the portfolios, charts, or index panels but the data is there if I open an intraday or historical chart (they just don't update).

  2. Been having an issue where the Trade Ticket time is not correct.  Off by four hours and sometimes freezes for 30 - 40 seconds which is causing the Bid/Ask Limit prices to not sinc.  Thought the latest beta update might correct but it's still an issue.

  3. When selecting Near-the-Money options for an option chain, can we also select a range of strikes to return?  Say 10 above and 10 below At-the-Money?  Some screens return 40 0r 50 strikes each way (i.e. SPY, AAPL, etc.) and it's a pain when your scrolling through a watch list and you have to adjust the option chain screen to see the near the money strikes.

  4. Did a test run today trading options through MT w/TradeKing.  Bought one Call contract to see how everything worked (Buy to Open) and got a reported fill of $1.2264 on a Limit order of $1.18.  Thought that was out of line since it was a Limit order but decided to let it run and see what happens.  When I tried to place a Sell To Close, it kept rejecting it, saying I was trying to place a Sell to Open order.  Kind of weird since I had deselected both the Sell to Open and Buy to Close buttons during my account setup in MT and the only buttons I had available on the Trade Ticket were Buy to Open and Sell to Close.  My Trade Log shows that I was placing a StC order but also shows in the comments that it was rejected as a StO.  Tried this several times and could never get the order placed so I went directly to the TradeKing website and able to place the order and close it out.  They show that the original order was filled at $1.17 not the $1.2264 shown in MT.

Also noticed that the Option Chains are reversed (from IQFeed).  They show the Out of Money options highlighted when normally the In the Money options are the ones that are highlighted.  If you choose the Strike selection to show In the Money, it shows the Out of Money options and visa-versa.

So - is the issue with Trade King, MT or me:)?  I've got some screen prints if that helps.

  5. Windows 10 64 bit.  Tried following that file path and once I got pass my name, there wasn't a AppData file there.  Hope I didn't screw things up but after I sent the request, I deleted the program and reloaded it - still had the same problem when it restarted.  All I had was EOD data so I don't mind deleting the whole thing and starting over again if necessary.

  6. Not sure what I did wrong but last night.  I created several stock sector Watchlist and the message below started popping up and I can't get it to go away.  Was going to delete some of the list, thinking I may have exceeded a size limit but can't get past this popup.  All other screens are frozen and the only way I can get out of the app is to use Task Manager and shut it down.  Any suggestions?
