Ok I figured out it actually works on intraday chart, but not on historical chart. When "snap to candles" is toggled on, it is exactly the same behavior as when it is off: no magnetic snap when I get near a candle.

Hello,
The Snap to Candles button has no effect.

Looks like you fixed it in latest build

No I mean drawing line tool. Here is what I do:
Draw a new line on a chart. Right-click on the line > In the popup window (parameters for the line) > check for instance "Extend to the right" > Check "Set as Default" > Ok.
Then draw a second line, and it is not extended. However color, thickness and style are okay.
Hope it helps...

Hello,
Line parameters seem to not get saved when "Set as default" is checked. This was working correctly until the latest build (1.0.1289.2254).

I have to agree with Lew: Wiki documentation tends to lack overall consistency and clarity unless it is edited and maintained by the authors themselves. IMHO here is an example of what NOT to do, as it is a real mess: http://www.multicharts.com/trading-software/index.php/Main_Page
Beside that I would not be of any great help for contributing to it... mostly due to lack of time.
