Hey Jerry - Thank you for the response.  I have followed the steps you delineated, but am still not able to color code the transactions to differentiate between the ones happening at or above the ask and the ones occurring at or below the bid.  

Is there anything I am missing?

Is there a way to color code time and sales to show trades at or above the ask in one color and trades at or below the bid in another color?  

I haven't found how to change these settings.
