Looks to be fixed now. I shut everything down, relogged in to TWS fired up MT and it is working again. Sorry for the head scratcher. Thanks so much for the wonderful package, as soon as I get out of hospital this next time will hit the subscription button. Thanks again, Mike

Yes, it was dead this morning, have no watch list/portfolio. Have only a few charts open. It was OK during the weekend as looked at some things. Am using W10 which sometimes gives notices about a script or similar on web pages. Many thanks, Mike

Jerry thanks so much, that seems to have got things back on an even keel. Old *arts like me would be lost without you. Just quit and reloaded MT and everything seems fine with the deleted data reinstated. Just noticed the computer time and date here was all screwed up, a.m./p.m. out of squiff. Had a regular 'tear your hair out' weekend playing with Mr. Softy and his dreaded updates, so the problem was all this end. Cheers

and GDX in relation to the last two mentioned previously. All these used to have the pressure bar on the RH side, Not there now which still leaves the raw data which is dead. If it throws any light on the matter, just scrolled through the raw data on DUST - Shows date, time and individual volume for today but no 'Bid" 'Ask" figures. The last time was 14.52.52 which then reverts to 21.19.39. All showing the date as 08/03/15 so perhaps that was from last friday?

Symbols I'm looking at are TZA, NUGT, DUST.

Current day, this is in a box after Extended hours. Below that US equity markets which is ticked in the dropdown menu

No dice on getting the interday charts to backfill, only have 5 open together with raw data, all are still stuck in pre market from this morning. The watchlist of about 9 symbols is alive and well.

Thank you for your patience. TWS is always running, was into checking the API when I read your reply. That's Ok and I have Trusted IP address as 127.0.0.1, Socket port 7496. Not sure what Logging level = error is all about. Had trouble finding the MAIN tab on the ribbon, have only a small watch list active. Whatever, all is working now with the list of symbals updating. STILL not able to update the few interday charts I have open. Backfill all and other attempts have come to zero so far. I have IB listed as the backfill source. As I said before many thanks for your patience. If I can just get the few charts backfilled I'll be a happy punter again ------ Nice product you have here, it's been working well up to this little personal glitch

Oke doke - seems the heart of the problem is I have lost the feed from IB - Now how to get that back from memory is a conundrum - likely in global configuration, love going there - not sorry for the time wasting posts - us quill pen guys get lost in all this technology sometimes ------

Yes, thanks that is great. The manual option is fine by me, the others I'll take a look at sometime, - Ha tis' the brain cells that let me down sometimes - lol. Also this works fine on the "X" axis that gives me a little padding between the last price and the scale figures. Superb job, thanks again. One more thang while I'm at it was so glad to see that the "Shift S" function was still available, been using it for so many years. Have a good one

Is it possible? can't seem to find any reference to the question. Not overjoyed about loosing so much of the top or bottom bollinger band. Everything else is coming up roses

Brilliant, thanks I've got that - Now I have a visual similar to QT with just the last price showing on the right hand side of the chart - exactly as I prefer.

Probably not but is there a way to not show these values on the price display? The lower panels are fine as is, just with multiple indicators on the price panel there are a bunch of labels that are of no consequence just cluttering up the scene. For instance on the old QT the price display just shows the price value which I found much clearer. Fine to have the values showing on the bottom indicator panels. Just an old brain ruminating!!

So far am well pleased, looks as if the team has launched a must have platform - Congratulations After suffering brain damage getting lost in IB's Global Configuration the queries I had were answered by reference to the site here which is brilliant. As and when time permits I'm looking forward to exploring the charting area which again at a quick glance looks to be extremly well presented unlike another charting package that shall remain nameless. So nice to have 'backfill' back and working after struggling without on QT for so long, what a relief!!!
