To answer your questions; Yes HGSI & MT are running on the same computer QT is not running or installed on this PC I do not believe Kapersky is blocking the software. As a note, I loaded Medved trader on my laptop and had a very similar issue (stated it was taking too long to contact).. I will also export that file for you and send it. Thanks

Hi, I am a new trial user and am interested in using Medved in connection with HGSI. I have enabled HTTP API (16239) and entered my password. But when I attempt to get a group of securities from HGSI into Medved, I get an error that states "Unable to find Quotetracker ....etc" Is there something additional I need to do? Thanks.
