been so many years, but I would think it's the streaming api, pulling the live quote stream for data analysis. funny, the live quote stream from IB has no DST issues, only the stupid backfill and I can't find where to mod that on the IB side either.

will take a look, does it support the same api for it's clients (I have personal code that interfaces to quotetracker, which is why I still use it for some things)

it looks like to me that IB backfill dropped the timezone (was eastern) and is now supplying UTC data instead when daylight savings time switched Sunday. I can't find a setting in quotetracker to change the Interactive Brokers timezone setting ; seems to be locked to eastern. is there any other option for this? I can't use the "display offset" function on the timing panel because that screws up data from other sources.
