    IB yes in portfolio yes active quote subscription is check...i just checked off chart trading and that seems to be working. thank you again for your prompt reply.

    My march es and nq futures charts are not updating...do i need to change something i have to constantly backfill the data to get an upto date chart. Thanks

    talked to ib...they asked if it comes up on their trading platform, which it does...its something that is being caused by the program... lmk

    i do have real time data...and i just tried to bring it up again...i cant insert a picture...

    $ndx..its giving me the name, but no data....still confused

    the window comes up with no data...no quotes updating...only symbol but its updating on ib which is the data feed
