Thanks for your response wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround. You are right the symbol was the problem. I was using RTH.USD they posted an error (see below) typed those in all OK. Sorry for posting should have been able to find that issue myself. Really like Medved I am a Day trading Radiouser so decided to give this a whirl really a good decision. I use the following chart programs. TD Ameritrade's (Think or swim) Schwab's (Streetsmart Pro) NinjaTrader 8 and Tradestation. I am in the learning faze with Medved Trader and really like this product. Thanks sam

Was trying to add text to a chart instead it compromised the symbol RTH.USD. 1. Uninstalled program reinstalled it it still remembers the text command I entered and it is blocking this symbol from being loaded. 2. tried to find the folder where the charts were to delete this from memory could not find it. 3. I was using the Bata version on the reinstall I switched to the current program. Below is what shows when I try to use type this symbol on a chart RTH.USD all other symbols load as they should - no problem Not sure other than loading clean install of Medved on another computer.
