DRC

I am attempting to install and use MT. I am a new user. On install I get a notice that MT encountered a fatal error and shuts down. However, I do get the desktop icon. When attempting to run MT I get the attached errors. I thought it might be connected to Kaspersky security but on my last attempt I have turned off my security prior to attempting a download and install. Issues remain. Any ideas? Sorry, I cannot attach the screenshots of the errors as they are too large.
