Thank you @wilburpost2, it is enabled. All I had to do is restart the MT and now I tested it and its working.

@Jerry MedvedI have also sent the Log file from MT and ensured that volume is not on mute and full volume. No sounds are played system or cutom (.wav). Appreciate your help.

Hi all, With the latest update, seems like the sound is not working on the Alert (media player is working fine) and alert is also working but no sound. I have ensure sound is checked and my media player is working fine too, any help?
