    Hello and thanks for the response. I will look into the TICK backfill. Still learning the software. Thanks! As for the Futures, I first tried the example on your documentation, then added others, (@NEO.USDT) etc. and nothing loads. I attached a couple screenshots.

    Hello! Just signed up for the trial and am using the beta client (for the binance futures feature). My 2 questions are. 1. i created a .25 minute chart for 15 second bars. Whenever i open a fresh Medved trader the bars are blank for the seconds chart and slowly populate as the software is open. Is there a way to have them not be blank on startup? 2. Binance futures index's entered with the @ do not work in the beta. I can only add the non futures # markets. Is there something i am missing? Thank you.
