  1. When you develop the option chain, would you please use the following format like in the QT than using only numerals?

    TSLA Jan 15 2016 250.0 Put

The numeral format like in the Yahoo option chain is very cumbersome for a user to select and often make mistakes.

  2. I was wondering why don't we use that System Menu to incorporate some of the functions.  That way you can avoid overcrowding the right click menu, the main reason for your apprehension to use it.

Some of the functions that are pertaining to Graphs in general can be added:

    1. Type of the Graph
    2. Period of the Graph
    3. Frequency

    Anything else?

Also wondering if it is mandatory to have those Standard menu lists such as, minimize, close etc. in that menu . . .  Since we have the icons on the top right corner for those items that most people use for those actions, why don't remove those items and make room for other frequently needed functions . . .

In fact, we don't need to go all the way to the left corner System Icon to get that menu.  Right clicking anywhere on the title bar opens that menu . . . it is very convenient . . .

    What do you think?

  4. Also, I have a request.

Please put those Options, "Set as Default" and "Reset all" on the top of those standard menu lists.  I think most of us never go to that menu to close or minimize a window, instead, we use the icon on the Right upper corner of a window. So, I request to put those options first in the list.

  5. We want to Set anything as default only after we make any changes to that category of window. Our interaction at that moment is on that particular window.  So, it is mentally smooth to do it on that window itself; also it is a systematic approach.

Wait until finish adding other functionalities. Don't need to rush for it.

In the mean time, I solved it with what we have now.  I used that, "Add to Quick Access Tool bar"  and put that "Set as default" on the title bar.   However, that Title bar is getting crowded and is not a permeant solution.

But at least I am able to make "set default",  and don't have to see that expanded Ribbon Control every time I open a new window. You know that I am “allergic” to that Ribbon Control. :)

  6. When we set a Graph or a Level II Window "set as default" and open a new one, it opens with the expanded "Ribbon Control".   I assume that the expanded Ribbon Control is also included in that default setting since we can choose that function only after opening the Ribbon Control.

It is kind of annoying that that darn thing is expanded with a new graph or level II window.

So, is there any way to ignore that state of Ribbon Control in the default settings?

  7. Yeah, it doesn't work for MT  In fact it decreased the Firefox normal Title bar width as I expected..

When we resize the Graph to a smaller size to accomadate several graphs at a time, this MT Title bar wasting some area. As long as that Ribbon Control is there, he can't program it.

  8. Deomega,

I don't know where is that particular setting for the Title.  I am using Vista in Classic mode.

All of the OS windows Title bars have normal width in Vista OS Classic mode,  However, the Excel, Word, and Powerpoint have wider Title bar width.   But other non Microsoft software shows the normal width.  For example, Firefox title bar has normal width.

So, if we can manipulate the Title bar through the OS setting, then I wonder that would also narrows down the Normal width of other applications.

Anyway, I will try it,   So, where is that option?
