Both. Have just both closed and reopened the portfolio and closed and restarted MT and in both instances the low subtotal was reset to a higher dollar value. I am using CommSec with the Australian equities timeframe as the default. Bottom right of the portfolio windows also shows Australian Equities with a green tick. Regards.

Hi Jerry, I'm not speaking of an individual symbols high and low, rather the high and low total values of all symbols, the total and subtotal rows. I'm fairly sure QT adjusted these as they changes during the day so that the true low and high (subtotal and total) did not vary with each restart. I may be wrong. I'm using CommSec and the subtotal and total lines constantly change but once the high or low has been reached should it then not change? My time zone is UTC+10:00. Sorry if I'm being thick. G'day Jerry, I have noticed that the high and low columns do not carry their totals over from session to session. If I close a session these totals are xxx and yyy but on reopening MT they change. Should they not display the actual high and low for the day so far? Other columns may be behaving this way also. I have not checked. Regards.

Haven't changed a thing and am no longer getting the performance screen. Weird. Will let you know if the screen pops up again and will also (then) email you the log. Regards.

Hi Jerry, Since the last update I'm now getting the performance warning screen on each startup. All the folders mentioned on that screen are set as exemption in my anti-virus program (eSet NOD32 v4). Set as a trusted app in my firewall. (Comodo Firewall v5.3). Regards.

Hi Jerry, Had a disk problem and have to reinstall MT. When using version 1.0.5169.2222 I get to the sources part of the install but there are none listed. Thus can't go on. Help! Regards, Ren.

Hi Jerry, My portfolio screen is set up as follows:- 3 stocks Sub-total 14 stocks Sub-total Total I have columns for Low and High. The Sub-totals for these columns update ok but the Total for the Low column does not and it shows an incorrect total. Regards.

G'day Jerry, When I have the portfolio window open and select a stock and display its chart and say raw date and level II windows I find I can not then click on the portfolio windows and bring it to the front. Clicking the chart, level II or raw date windows does work and will bring the one clicked to the front. Also I notice that right clicking the chart shows a menu with the "Trade xxx" option displayed twice. Regards.

G'day Jerry, You have email. Also, the Supported Functionality checkboxs do not appear to be selectable. There are checkmarks in some and not in others but apart from the Commsec Level 1 news no others can be checked or unchecked. Regards.

I see the old QT FAQ (archived here) said "NO". Seems nothing has changed. Doesn't work for us old retirees. We NEED sleep. Even if it does shorten our perceived time remaining. Ageing is a bugger. Regards toy you and your brother.

Ok, this morning both news services worked as they should. Must have been something to do with Commsec. Would still be nice to be able to select (in news settings) either or both feeds Regards..

G'day Jerry, Couple of issues I have. 1. I am getting news from both the ASX and Commsec. Under settings -> news I have only ASX checked to receive news. In fact Commsec does not even appear as a news source option. Even under data sources news is not checked for Commsec. Wondering why I receive headlines from both with the same headline? 2. If I select the Commsec headline and double click it I then get a google search page listing results based on the headline text not the Commsec article. Problem or my settings? Regards
