Good afternoon,
Is there a way for the charts to back-date data to account for newly split stocks? For example, NFLX split 7:1 became effective today and the chart and watch list both show a $604 drop instead of a $2 drop. It has also made moving averages and other technical indicators useless.

Percentage of price movement.
Currently, I only see that the Box Size=x where if x=2 then each point on the P&F chart will be a $2 move in the stock. If we could scale it as a percentage of price movement, then Box Size=2 would place each point as a 2% price movement.
I have two screenshots from stockcharts.com to illustrate my point, but I do not know how to attach them.

I accidentally clicked the "Symbol" button on my Portfolio and it rightfully sorted the list alphabetically. The problem is that I had a couple gold symbols, energy symbols, and tech symbols that are easier to follow grouped together. Right now I have clicked on a random unpopulated category ("Rho" in this case), which is allowing me to resort my symbols the way I want them.
Is there a better way to do this?

I have one portfolio that I use as a watch-list. I will create a separate one for futures. In the futures portfolio, can you please walk me through how to source it specifically to IB? I would prefer to source my Watch-List separately through an alternative source (if possible).

I have the subscription as I have the chart opened in IB and it is streaming live. I tried changing the backfill source to IB and it populated the chart, but does not update unless I click backfill. I think it might have something to do with the order in which I have ranked my data sources.
If I'm missing something, please let me know.

I read the thread below about how to view futures in MT with an IB account. I have my IB account "streaming" in MT and I tried using @GCG15 but it doesn't seem to populate ("There is no data to chart"). I have the chart open in IB right now and it streams fine.
What am I missing?

My apologies. I had the "snap to candles" feature selected in the Settings/General menu, but not on the actual chart. It works wonderfully. Thank you for all that you do!

Even if there is a way for me to manually input two price levels, that would be extremely helpful!

I have snap-to-candle selected and it does a great job of getting to that candle and showing me the H/L/O/C prices, but when I want to draw trendlines and fib retracements, I have to slowly move my mouse to an estimated price level. I would like to be able for it to key in on (for example) the specific low price of one day and then the high price of another day.

Good evening,
I would like to request that the trace can toggle to the high/low/open/close of a candlestick. It would make it very easy to draw trendlines and fib lines between the high and low of a range if we could do so. Right now I have to estimate by zooming in on regions to gain more precision.

I have been using Stockwatch for a long time (I used to use it on QT and have been using it on MT since I joined on September 18th). It has been fine up until today. And yes, the data on the website is real-time.
I have sent the email with the log. It is worth mentioning that after I re-hit the start button, it has reverted to White after staying Green for a few minutes.

Sorry.. The date on the raw data shows 10/28/14 (same time as previously mentioned). I tried clearing the data on one of the symbols by selecting all data in Raw Data for the intraday chart and deleting. Then I tried to backfill with no luck. It does update if I log out and back in but does not continue to update after logging in.

Also, I checked the data on the Stockwatch website and it is up-to-date with the most recent trades.

I am using Stockwatch as my primary source (as well as Google and Yahoo Finance).
The dot in the top left of the portfolio window is green. In the dashboard, all three Data Sources are "Streaming" (highlighted green) with status "Running".
Only Stockwatch has consistent bandwith with google finance intermittently stepping in.
I just opened Raw Data on GPRO and the most recent print is at 10:44:52 (11:02 right now). GOOG has the same data (most recent @ 10:44:54). Same with TWTR.

Good morning,
I am having a problem where the data feed in my portfolio is not updating after logging in. The data will be correct upon logging in, but will not continue to update.
I thought it might be something with my computer, so I did a complete re-install with version 1.0.4978.942 (including removing the 2GK folder in Application Data), but it persists.

After testing a couple other symbols, the problem I'm having only occurs on DWRE.

I updated to 1.0.4990.1758 and the problem persists.
