  1. Works perfectly after the update.. thanks Jerry.
  2. Mike, Facing the same issue this morning. I can login without problem on the RBC website. There is also no indication on the RBC website of any failed attempt via MT. Usually, after a failed login attempt via MT, the RBC website indicates the time/date of such attempt and required PVQs to be reset. No such indication after I upgraded the version to 1.0.9918.XXXX this morning. I have sent the log file to Support.
  3. Hi Jerry, I have the same issue. What is the fix?
  4. Yes, the issue still occurs for me even on the new version (#5477) today. On the dashboard, I tried to change the Timeframe setting from default US to Canadian EM. I can choose the Canadian EM which gets highlighted and gets a check mark besides it (for the new Default), but nothing happens when I click OK or Apply (the Setting windows stays there). The only way to kill the window is to click Cancel, which throws an alert that the changes will be discarded. BTW: I can change the timeframe from each portfolio individually, but get this issue when changing the global settings via the Dashboard
  5. Ok. Thanks. Changing the timeframe for just my RBC / Canadian portfolio worked.
  6. After I change the setting to Canadian TZ and hit OK, the Setting screen stays there. The Dashboard Window does shows setting change was attempted. The only way I can exit the Setting screen is when I press Cancel, and then it alerts that "Your changes have not been saved. Discard Changes?". Once I discard the changes, the App Setting msg in the Dashboard also disappears. The reason I am attempting to make these changes is that the quotes are not updating automatically today using RBC as a source (for both US stocks - obviously but also Canadian stocks with :CA suffix). The reason I think is that since MT is set for US timeframe and with US Thanksgiving holiday, MT is not fetching the quotes. I am looking to test this assumption, hence while attempting to change the timeframes, I encounter the issue above. BTW: As well, the data is not updating for the Canadian stocks when using Yahoo Finance as a source.
  7. Hi Jerry, Happy Thanksgiving! I am trying to change the System Timeframes setting to Canadian Equity Markets as a default from US Equity Markets, but MT is not accepting the changes. It forces me to discard the changes. I have the version # 5413.2311.
  8. Got it. Thanks It would be helpful to reflect the option in the Settings Window as well, and can be applied globally to all portfolios.
  9. Jerry, You are correct. I was using the File menu. Thanks for clarifying.
  10. It would be helpful to be able to change the Font Type and/or Font Size on the Portfolio Layout. The current font style is expansive and takes up more screen space. A narrower font style would allow for more columns to be displayed on the screen.
  11. Jerry, I saved a column Layout for a Portfolio I created, and am looking to apply the same Layout to another Portfolio & Source. However, when I Load the saved Layout for the new Portfolio & Source, the screen switches back to the previous Portfolio. I would expect that the Layout be independent of any Portfolio. Is this normal?

Same here. Despite downloading the update 2031, the new build keeps installing the older version -1005. I have tried 3 times with no success.
