It's all good Jerry. Thank you.

Thanks Jerry.

Last time I had to rename WRData folder to WRData1

WebRoot stopping letting the latest MT production version from loading again. Rebooted. Disable Webroot
and MT loaded just fine. I do have a printout of the last WebRoot fix but I’m guessing it’s
not going to work with the new MT version. Secure anywhere version of WR

Same here.

Indeed. From every restart and reboot I tried. Looks like the ticket for 7 SP 1 . Thanks Jerry.

Geez Louise Jerry. If I’m ever in Austin I’ll buy you a beer.

Stand down. I failed to enable WR. So enabled MT will not even begin to load.

Hi Jerry,
As we discussed, I'm using WebRoot Secure Anywhere and I've had no warnings or errors on MT startup for the past 2 days.
Jim
Thank’s for the heads up Jim. Eureka!!! Thank you Jerry! BTW Jerry, the dynamic colors feature in the index panel is great.

And no..They just don’t want to play nice with each other.

We have had mixed results reported. For starters, the software everyone uses does not have Refresh Configuration option. And without it, some reported improvement, some not. I did reply to WebRoot with the results. Let me know how it is tomorrow too.
Not yet. Loads to the auto backup point and stops. Taskbar will not open the task manager either. Then taskbar disappears. Have to shutdown form the surge protector switch

Will do. WR has several programs offered. I use the basic WR secure anywhere anti-virus.

Just got a reply from WebRoot:
---
We have white-listed these processes (MT) in our database, this should resolve the issues you were experiencing.
Please allow 24 hours for this to propagate over the network. If you would like to expedite the process, go to the machine locally and right click on the Webroot system tray icon. Select "Refresh Configuration" and click "OK". This will force a polling interval and send the two commands.
----
Please do that (right click on the webroot system tray icon and select Refresh Configuration) and let me know if MT starts OK after that
No dice

Do not have that right click option. Sent you an email.
-
Got it. One would think the WR icon in the taskbar would indicate that the program
was disabled.....Oh well. I can live with it no problem.

Great Jerry. Thanks. I’m always forgetting to turn WebRoot back on after
MT launches. Even after a computer restart WebRoot is not turned back
on by default. Manual Only.

Try the Raw Data feature. That may be what you're looking for.
