Why doesn't the Total Cost & Paid columns match? The P/L is misleading because of this. This is 1st time I have used this and don't know what happened.

Still does not work, this is very frustrating. I DO OPEN the option chart from the IBM Option chain window, is that why it does not work either using Yahoo data? I am unsure how to change a symbol in a Hist. Chart window that is already open, as I have always opened charts by right clicking the symbol from a watch list. I have added the IBM option symbol ((( .IBM_171215C155 ))) into my watch list, right clicked both the Hist & Intraday charts with Yahoo as data source in the chart window and still NO BACKFILL--> do I have to change the data source for my watch list also to make this work? If so, I'll PASS on trying to figure this out. Sorry for effort but if we can't fix this I'll revert back to the TOS charting system for this matter. PS.. I am doing now this AFTER the Market has closed could that be a problem as to the timing and maybe it works tomorrow....just saying.........

This is the IBM Dec15 155 call with weekly data.....still only shows one day ie today only. I only get 1 day at a time regardless of the time frame chosen for ANY option .ibm_171215C155

After using Google & Yahoo for data on IBM, I was still only able to get the current day range only for the option. I was using a liquid option too. NO backfill. Thxs......

I Is is possible to chart the individual options on SPY or any other stock or ETF? All that comes up is a box saying, "There is no data to chart"....I use TD Ameritrade for data.

Thanks, I forgot I had the WRONG data-source! GEEZ!! Since I do have an account at Coinbase, is it possible to setup to trade thru Coinbase..... "ONLY" at the portfolio window that has the data-feed from GDAX? I do not want the other portfolio windows to be able to trade thru GDAX

Jerry, at the beginning of this thread ON Sep 27, I mentioned: when might a new type alert be included (like in the old QT platform) that the symbol remains highlighted when a stock crosses ABOVE or BELOW a certain limit and the alert remains highlighted from day to day? ----and you replied: Don't have an ETA, but I plan to do it soon. Within a week hopefully So, how soon will you add this function? It is "SORELY" missed from the old QT system. THX kalmen

On the old QT system, I hit Restore Backups...restore from folder.....select all.... start restore.......I can't find anything close to this process. on QT

How do I load a layout & data from one PC to another one? I have saved all info by exporting to a backup file daily on a a flash drive....

Login still fails with my email address & Password. I checked my password on one PC to make sure I was using the correct password, what do I do now? I can run MT on one PC but unable to login on a laptop.

Jerry, has this function been added to the platform as I don't see if yet.............. crosses ABOVE or BELOW a certain limit and the alert remains highlighted from day to day..................I recently had an incident were a stock had a "crossover" in price but the following days the highlight was gone and when I realized it 2 days later the loss was more than I expected.... I am still used to the QT way of using crosses ABOVE or BELOW..........please add soon. THX!!!!!
