  1. I received an email from dxfeed on more clarification. If I want level 2 from multiple exchanges and raw data, I have to subscribe to Nasdaq totalview, CBOE EDGEX equities, and US equities level 1 like you said. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the responses.
  2. Okay I hear what your saying. I have dxfeed already selected as my quote source. I'm just confused because last week, with this same subscription, I had real-time raw data working. So I'm not sure that I would need a separate subscription
  3. okay thank you for that. However, My time and sales (raw data) like I said is still either frozen or blank. I provided a screenshot in this thread. As you can see my level ll has the current price and my raw data is frozen with last weeks price. How can I re-sink these to both have the current price? It just seems like my raw data window isn't receiving data from dxfeed.
  4. I unchecked it because I wanted to see if it would somehow allow me to see other exchanges on my level ll. Currently, I can see orders on my level ll but my raw data is blank. I want to know how to fix that (because I did have raw data before). And I want to know which US equities plan will give me access to see multiple exchanges such as the ones on the level ll posted by timtrader in the above threads. I don't believe I need US Equities level one because that is included in US total view which I've already subscribed to.
  5. Okay, couple of questions. What does BBO stand for? Before today I was able to see raw data. That changed when I went into settings, unticked BBO and then re-ticked it and now I can't see it. How can I fix that? And are you saying that if I want to see all exchanges on level ll, like the ones form the screen shot above, I have to subscribe as well to EDGEX? If I did that wouldn't I just receive quotes from EDGEX + totalview?
  6. I have Level ll BBO checked. I was just wondering which subscription this guy had because in his screenshot of his level ll, there are multiple exchanges showing. I had a different question as well. For some reason my Raw Data Window is blank this morning. I closed and re-opened MedVed and there is no change. Any reason why I can't see the orders going through there?
  7. I just subscribed to DxFeed Nasdaq Total view and all I can see on my level ll is quotes from NASD. How are you also seeing quotes from ARCA, EDGX, BATS, etc.? Which plan are you subscribed to?
  8. When I log into the MedVed platform, I don't seem to have access to my Questrade account. I've been messing around in settings and found that if I go to "Configure Accounts" and click "reset Stored Settings", I receive the Questrade Access Authorization window where I can login. Is there a way to prompt the Questrade Access Authorization upon opening the platform?
  9. Over the last 2 weeks I've been setting up my MedVed Trader platform. I have two account view windows open, one for positions and one for transactions. I am going to start trading on this platform on November 1st so, since then I've been trading on Questrade's edge platform. When I logged into MedVed Trader platform today, my trades from this morning aren't showing in either of my account windows like they usually do. Also when I tried to send a 1 share order at the ask as a test, it was not filled. The balances tab is also blank in the account view. Is there any way my Questrade could have been disconnected from MedVed platform? And how can I fix this?
  10. I am planning on subscribing to DxFeed US equities total view data. Will the medved level ll window show the LULD halt levels? Or will I just need to have a chart open with those halt bands?
  11. Nvm I figured it out. In settings/Trading/General I just had to unclick Trade Ticket: Clear after successful order submission.
  12. I am currently setting up my hotkeys as I am new to MedVed. As I am practicing them over the weekend when the market is closed and I am having an issue with the ticker symbol. For example, I press shift+Q to buy 10 shares at the ask. The order goes through in my account view, but in my trade ticket window the symbol of that stock has disappeared. So I have to re-type it in to sell the position. Is there anyway to make sure the ticker symbol stays entered in the trade ticket window after pressing a hotkey?
