DW became LCII at the beginning of the year. Is there a way to merge the history for DW with this years data for LCII so the long term trends can be seen?

Jerry, Yes I am using paintbars to do it now but I have to cycle thru all my positions at different times of the day to get the chart open and trigger the event and the timing always seems to be wrong. It is very desirable to have it happen in real time. Would you please add it to future requests. Thanks

Mike, The selection box for long and short controls the position of the indicator line above or below the line. Switching automatically may be desirable in certain conditions but eliminates your ability to see the line when the price drops below the long indicator line. The short side line on DVN does not show for 21 days after the high when the short sell should occur. Think and Swim and Stock charts both continue to show the indicator line after price drops below the indicator line. Would it be possible to add an option box on the indicator configuration screen to always show the indicator line? It would be very beneficial. Thanks

Historical Charts, 3 month, daily How do I get the ATR Trailing Stop indicator to continue showing when the price falls below the indicator line? I wanted to buy a stock 15 days after the price dropped below the indicator line when it bottomed and set a trailing stop with my broker but had to calculate the value by hand. The indicator will begin to plot again but I have not figured out what triggers it to begin plotting again.

Sorry. My mistake. I must have resorted somehow by clicking the SYMBOL in the header line. They are now showing as before

I had to reboot today and now my options are scattered randomly in the portfolio view and the stock symbols are also ramdomly sorted.. When I go to edit they are all showing in ascending sequence like this morning. I can sort them in the edit and they are perfect. when I apply and close to see the portfolio list it is has the option randomly scattered through the view. The stock symbols are also in random sequence. I do not think I had an update this morning.

What is the font for Historical Charts text boxes. I have the size set to 8 in Display settings but can not duplicate your font when I copy a comment in Excel and past it into a text box.

It would be really nice to have a trailing stop alert based on the ATR indicator. I use a 21 period with 3.5 multiplier and sell when the daily closing price is below that calculated value. I current have to scan all the daily charts for my positions looking for a close below the indicator line. Thanks

Is there a way to specify that the shape be displayed leaving some white space(1/4 inch ?) above or below the bar or candle so it is easier to see the tail on a candle stick and draw trendlines?

I am traveling and using my Laptop screen rather than my large office monitor to display Historical charts. I was wondering if there could be a space saving option to display the Tool bar (Main, View, Draw Trading and Templates) on the ribbon? Also when you click on that tool, the tool options could be displayed horizontally rather than vertically below the ribbon. This will make the chart bigger and hopefully easier to read, especially if you have multiple indicators.

The annotation data entry box always appears in the bottom right area of the chart. Is there a way of displaying it in the lower left so you can see all the indicator current values when entering an annotation without having to always move it manually. I have the Settings/Application/popup location/ set to bottom left.
