Yesterday I can saw that open order at MT Account View window. Today I can not see that order. I see that open order at IB TWS. Have you faced with such problem? P.S. Is the order there? 2) do you have one account or multiple setup? 3) if no go on #1, I will need to get the log file to see what the problem is. Please do the following: Go to FILE / HELP => Send Log/Settings to support menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio)And add the Post URL in the comment. Do not check any check-boxes.
