lassic
I was watching some daytrading short videos on youtube and noticed a feature that I really liked on some of the charts. I do not know what charts they were using. What some of them had was a horizontal line that ran across the intraday chart and was connected with the changing prices. It moved up or down as the prices changed. I can really see the prices hitting support and resistance areas across the chart. Does Medved have this feature? lassic
well it looks like I can use a horizontal line and set it to "last" and it will draw across the intraday chart and follow the last price.
Donald Q.
Do you have a link to the YouTube video you were watching? Based on the description provided, the horizontal line could represent many different values both absolute (Last, Bid, Ask) or calculated (VWAP, EMA, SMA, etc.)
lassic
yes, the horizontal line is an indicator that you can add to your chart. It can be set to different values such as (Last, Bid, Ask, Close, Previous, etc.) has VWAP but no moving averages. It is a neat add on to show the last price across the chart. I do not know why I did not discover it earlier. As for the Youtube video, the chart is from a competitor so I would not feel right providing a link.
