Adventures In .NET Posted June 21 Report Share Posted June 21 I've been trying to report an issue that I've been having and when sending a settings file, it just stops. I was able to send a log file recently, but not today. This is what the window looks like when it stops. I've let it sit there for many minutes. Jerry Medved Posted June 21 Report Share Posted June 21 try sending manually: go to FILE / Export/Backup menu (from Dashboard or Portfolio) Select “To share with others” export file protection option on top right Leave the checkboxes already checked, and also check LOG FILE boxes.
