rocarr
I'm thinking of opening a TradeKing account since it looks like they have good pricing plus getting MT free is a great incentive. But what is MBT and how does it differ from a regular account? Also, after getting an account there do I need to cancel my current account with MT and download it again? Jerry Medved
TradeKing acquired MB Trading brokerage last year. "TradeKing for MBT" is that system. They will be integrated in the near future, but currently require separate accounts. The MB Trading system is the preferred option. You would need to use our signup (at least until this upcoming Friday) in order to sign up for a Stocks/Options account, so please pay particular attention to step 5 on this pagehttps://www.medvedtrader.com/www/frontend/blog/TradeKingSignUp After Friday, that step will not be needed, but until then, if you don't use it, then only Futures accounts can be opened. You would NOT need to download anything different or sign up for MT in any different way. Only thing that would be done (and we would take care of it) would be if you have a paid account, then once you use the funded TradeKing account in MT, we would cancel the paid subscription so that the MT Account would switch over to the free use via TradeKing.
