  3. I was just able to log on to TD Ameritrade, so it looks like they fixed the API server problem!

  9. I did the update this morning and MT Trader was running fine until about 11:30 AM (ET). However, it then shut down unexpectedly with no warnings or notices.

  12. In the first 45 minutes I had MT Trader open this morning, it unexpectedly stopped twice. I had to start it again and now it's working fine. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Jim

  14. The backfill for the intraday charts now works for Nasdaq stocks, but is not working yet for other stocks, e.g., SPY, VRX, CMG,, FNGU. Jim
  15. Yes, I was wondering why only some of my symbols were updating. The backfill for the intraday chart isn't working either. I tried to backfill for QQQ and didn't work.
  16. I'm having the same problem. No updating for TD Ameritrade data. They were down from about 10:00 AM, until about 10:25 AM, but they are back up now. However, MT Trader is still not updating for TD Ameritrade. What should I do? Thanks, Jim
  17. Hi Jerry, I have a brand new HP all in one computer running Windows 10 with 8 GB RAM and 1 TB hard drive. I'm using Webroot as my antivirus, but I believe I also have a Macafee free trial antivirus that came with the computer that I haven't uninstalled yet. Could that be the problem? Should I try uninstalling the Macafee antivirus? Thanks! Jim
  18. I downloaded MT a few days ago and I keep getting this error message box on startup, which doesn't allow me to proceed. Please help!
