Thanks Jerry. There's precious little out there that can do this efficiently. I don't subscribe at the moment, but I probably would for that feature.

Would be very handy if MT allowed filtering of large numbers of stocks (say 1000) based on column criteria. eg. filter any stock >10% rise with turnover>$5mill.

Hi, I'd like to request a graphical column for bid:ask ratio please. And make it similar to the "pressure" in appearance. Make it for the top 1/3/5 levels of depth. A good indicator supply demand. Thanks for considering.

To to other AB users - be careful with the database settings. If you lose your database on re-start, re-configure data source to "local database" to see your data again. Having database set to MT can cause AB to not read any of the local data. This looks to be an AB issue, not MT. I think the "allow mixed EOD/intraday" setting is where the problem lies.

Thanks again. I can do that but first... Under database settings, AB has a configuration window for the MT plug-in. It requests inputs for: Quotetracker* server IP (which is set at 127.0.0.1) Quotetracker* server port (which I have set at 16244) *This is despite the QT plug-in having been removed. Would changing the server IP help? Or does TJ need to change the config window?

No luck with the update Jerry, sorry to say. I ran it as administrator, HTTP port 16244 checked, and AB has the plug in listed.

Still not working. From my end I can't tell if it's an issue with MT or AB. Not getting much response from AB help desk as they are on holidays for the moment. Anyone else got it working?

Hi Mike, I'd like to make a suggestion for a refinement of the 3-touch trendlines. It will result in a display of the only the best lines to trade. Will also look cleaner. -- make it so that the earliest of the 3 touches must be a zig-high (or zag-low) point, with a param to adjust the zig-zag %. The 2nd and 3rd touches can remain as they are currently. -- Have a filter for lines where the touches are reasonably equidistant. ie. days between touch1 and touch2 approx.= days between touch2 and touch 3. Param to adjust sensitivity. Thanks for the great product. These lines are better than TrueTL by a mile. @ Carlisle - see Bulkowski's books or website for trendline trading, statistics etc.

Jerry/Mike, The paintbar and custom rules look amazing, (what you've done so far). Please consider allowing a "time of day" as a variable.

Thanks Jerry. Don't worry about SMH intraday or quotes because they are 20 min delayed. This may well change in the future if they get the log-in working (at the moment, it's impossible to register and log-in). But historical data is accurate for backfill and would be useful thank you.

Jerry, Australian daily historical chart backfills aren't updating. Tradingroom has probably closed, but SMH (link above) will work for that, if that's ok please? BellDirect historical backfill not working either, ... [EDIT] - seems to be working now. [Yahoo and Google can't be used for Australian stocks, due to to inaccuracies. This applies for both intraday and historical.] Thank you.

Thanks Jerry. Etrade doesn't appear in the dropdown menu on intraday charts. Only Tradingroom. The replacement site for Tradingroom is below. It includes course of sales which could be used for intraday data SMH.COM.AU. http://www.smh.com.au/business/markets/quotes/course-of-sales/BHP/bhp-billiton-limited Smh also looks to have reliable historical data for backfill.

As a free intraday source of ASX quotes, Tradingroom will soon close. Would it be possible to have etrade or belldirect as providers of intraday ASX quotes please?
